Payment Policies:

Electronic Withdrawal:  Payment is received via Electronic Funds Transfer (Brightwheel).  Alternate payment arrangements may be allowed on an individual basis as decided by a director.  Payments will be taken out on Thursday the week prior to care.

If payment arrangements have been made with a director, failure to pay the full payment by the end of the work day on Thursday will result in a 10% late fee (10% of the balance of your account). Suspension of care will occur when you have an unpaid balance for two weeks.  Balances that remain for more than 30 days will be turned into collections.

Electronic Funds Transfers that are rejected or checks returned due to Insufficient Funds will not be submitted a second time, and a $35 fee will be attached to the tuition account.  If more than two (2) payments are returned for insufficient funds, all future payments must be made in cash or by money order.

Late Pick-Up Fees:

Waverly CDC closes promptly at 6:00 p.m.  Parents who arrive after closing time will be charged a late fee. The fee will be $5.00 per minute, per child after 6pm. This fee will be charged regardless of notification of tardiness.  In the event the late fee is not paid, child care may be discontinued.  More than 3 late pick-ups in 1 year will result in termination without a two week notice.

 

Annual activity Fee:

There is a $100.00 non-refundable, activity fee per child billed annually.
